3. Instalment Plans: Instalment options are available for selected artworks. A signed agreement will outline payment terms. Ownership of the artwork remains with the artist until final payment is received. For this option, you must contact us.

4. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping is handled with care through tracked and insured services. Delivery times may vary. Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss related to the use of this website or the purchase of artworks.
