Art Buying, Shipping & Commission FAQs

  • 1. Can I buy your artworks?

Yes. Selected original artworks are available for purchase, including works on paper, paintings, prints and cards. You can view available works on the Shop page. For prices, availability, or to arrange a private viewing, please contact me directly.

  • 2. What happens after I purchase your artwork?

Once your purchase is confirmed, I will personally prepare the artwork for shipment with great care. This includes safe, professional packaging and, if it is applicable, a certificate of authenticity. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the piece has been dispatched. I’ll stay in touch throughout the process to ensure you know when to expect delivery and that everything arrives in perfect condition. For local collectors, delivery or collection can be arranged personally.

  • 3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I ship original works, prints and cards internationally using tracked services. Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Customs duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • 4. Can I return or exchange a purchased artwork?

All sales are final. However, if a piece arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos so I can discuss a solution. Or if it is a present, you can exchange the artwork, however it has to be for the same or higher value with the extra cost and you will pay for the shipping costs.

  • 5. Do you accept art commissions?

I do take on commissions for individuals, businesses, and institutions, particularly when the theme resonates with my practice. I specialise in nature inspired artworks. If you have an idea in mind, feel free to email me with a brief and timeline.

  • 6. How does the commissioning process work?

After an initial conversation to discuss your vision, budget, and space. I will send you a quote, with a timeline and price. You’ll sign a contract which includes what we talk about it. A deposit is required before work begins. You will receive progress updates throughout the process.

  • 7. What is your pricing structure for commissions?

Prices vary depending on size, materials, and complexity of the work. Commission pricing is transparent and includes materials, time, and professional finishing. A formal quote will be provided after the initial consultation.

  • 8. Can I collaborate with you on a project or exhibition?

Yes, I’m open to collaborative opportunities that align with my values, particularly those related to ecology, social justice, or community engagement. Please send me a clear outline of your proposal and how you see us working together.

  • 9. Can I pay for an artwork in instalments?

Yes, I offer the option to purchase selected artworks through an instalment plan. This makes it easier to invest in art over time. Instalments are typically split into 2–4 monthly payments, depending on the price and agreement. A simple contract will be provided to outline the payment schedule, and the artwork will be delivered once the final payment is received. If you're interested in this option, please contact me directly to discuss details.
